 The control unit for indoor installations consists of the PLC, the potable water make-up system, and the air compressor. The recycled water is fed to a separate storage tank by the air pressure of the compressor. The air flow is switched to the filtrate box by a 3-way ball valve, therefore no additional pump is needed and the energy demand of the system is optimized.

The separate storage tank stores water until used. The water supply is managed by a fully automatic pump and is independent from the graywater recycling unit. In case of an empty storage tank, the magnetic valve on top of the tank opens automatically allowing the storage tank to be charged with municipal water.
